1. WHO IS WSKART ?
Wskart Seller – Retail Store India, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered Rameshwar Industries Area, Survey no 18, Vavdi, Behind Parin Furniture, Rajkot – 360004 Gujarat INDIA. (“WSKART”) is a retail company which offers various retail solutions, including, through its website www.wskart.in, and its mobile and tablet applications (“Platforms”), various online Home Decorates and Improvement lifestyle, fashion and electronics solutions, which inter alia facilitate the sale and purchase of electronics, toys, and lifestyle and fashion merchandise (“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).
2. WHAT IS THIS CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
3.1. Cancellation before dispatch.
3.2. A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from WSKART.
3.3. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after WSKART has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
3.4. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the User and requesting WSKART to process a cancellation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.5. Refund. In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, WSKART shall initiate refunds within 3 (Three) business days from the date on which it received the request from the Customer.
3.6. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will reflect in the Customer’s bank account / Pay Wallets and/or the User’s WSKART Wallet (as defined by customer) within 3 working Days (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which WSKART initiates the refund.
4. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
4.1.1 All Products of Rs.99/- Below are not Returnable.
4.1.2 All Orders which have Applied Coupon Code are not Returnable. (Only Replacement If Manufacturing Defect.)
